Returns Policy

Our returns policy is simple, fair and easy to follow.

WHAT can be returned?

  • Damage to the item (Photographic evidence required) -
  • Item significantly not as described
  • Different size delivered to what was ordered
  • Item delivered more than two business days late (in addition to the buffer recommended when dealing with outside metro areas or peak periods as per shipping policy)

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns are offered within 7 days from the delivery date of the costume. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
You will be supplied with a postal address to return the items to after submitting an Return Request from within the "my account" section of our website.

HOW do customers return items?
Customers must log a Return Request from within the "my account" section of our website. After submitting your request we will process your request and supply you with a return postal address. All items must be packaged carefully for their return journey to avoid damage.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customers do not pay for the return of items in cases where the item is faulty, damaged or late as per our policy.

CREDIT for returns?
The customer has the choice of a store credit or a refund for items that are faulty or incorrectly described.

WE DO NOT accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You simply change your mind
  • You purchase an item that is not the correct size. We will however exchange the item for the correct size but the buyer must return the item at their own expense and pay for postage on the replacement item. 
  • The item is returned and is not in its original condition and packaging or has been worn
